How are you doing? My extrovert friends are going stir-crazy and my introvert friends are say “Isn’t it nice to be home?” I have found myself busier than ever checking in on family and friends via skype and messaging and FaceTime, not to mention rearranging schedules and canceling commitments and appointments. Still, my family is healthy and only inconvenienced a bit. Our hearts and prayers go out to all those who are facing hard times and health challenges. I’m so glad we can bring you our weekly dose of encouragement. Thirst Quenching Awesomeness (Bottle 65 Words Prompt) was our most viewed post last week.
This week I am featuring three posts that will brighten your days during this time of social distancing:
- How to Plant An Indoor Hydroponic Herb Garden
- Easy Chalkboard Placemats
- Culture & Education during Social Isolation

I am definitely seeing/hearing the gamut of feelings here too from “isn’t is nice to be home?” to “ugh, how much longer can we do this?”… I think I fall somewhere in the middle.
Linda says
during these times, in the middle is probably a good place to be, Joanne π I lean heavy toward the introvert side, but being the mom of many in a small house means I get little opportunity to really escape!

Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 3-16 to 3-20 on my blog. On Tuesday was a Corned Beef Hash Egg Bake. Wednesday was Butter Cake Cherries Jubilee. Thursday was Corned Beef Turkey Sandwich. And winding up this Easter Week of Goodies is Tip Friday Hacks For Eggs. Enjoy!
Linda says
you are welcome, Marilyn π glad to have you joining the party!
Lisa notes says
As an introvert, I do love the extra time at home. But I’m sorry for the reason behind it. π I hope the internet doesn’t go out though because then things would really change for extroverts and introverts alike.
Linda says
I agree, Lisa. Continued prayers for everyone through this time!

As one of those introvert, and retired no less, I do feel for my extroverted friends. In the past, when I was out socializing, I always had the option to go home when it became too much. Extroverts donβt have many options.

I have the same feelings, Michelle. My introverted self is rather over-stimulated living in a small home with a large family right now, but we are finding creative ways of coping.
