Last week turned out to be a busy week with many visitors and a couple extra trips to town. I was so thankful for my menu plan! Looks like another full week around here and having my meals planned and posted will once again be a big help. Have you planned your menus for the week? Here’s mine – show me yours!
Monday
- Breakfast: Cereal with Fruit
- Lunch: Homemade Chicken Soup (made with chicken broth from my freezer)
- Supper: Tacos
Tuesday
- Breakfast: Oatmeal
- Lunch: Homemade Pretzels (because the grandkids will be here to enjoy them with us!)
- Supper: Venison Stew (crockpot meal)
Wednesday
- Breakfast: Whole Wheat Toast w/ fruit
- Lunch: Leftover Stew and Soup
- Supper: Salads
Thursday
- Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs
- Lunch: Hummus & Veggie Sticks (sack lunch before homeschool co-op classes)
- Supper: KOTO (Kids On Their Own — Date Night!!!)
Friday
- Breakfast: Blueberry Muffins
- Lunch: Sandwiches
- Supper: Pizza Night
Saturday
- Breakfast: Granola with Yogurt
- Lunch: Leftover Pizza
- Supper: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
Sunday
- Breakfast: Bagels & Fruit
- Dinner: Basket Dinner at Church (probably taking a casserole, bread and dessert)
- Everyone is on their own on Sunday nights – I usually pop up a big batch of popcorn and other than that, it’s every man for himself!

I love your Sunday evening plan! When I was little, my mom would cook up a big batch of stew or chili on Saturday morning and we just “ate off” it all weekend long. It was perfect and gave Mom the opportunity to relax a little bit.
