Highlights from my week include a girls’ night out with my daughters and friends, discovering a local garden nursery (I still have a lot to learn about gardening in Arkansas!) and experiments with my sourdough starter (bagels are rising this morning!) What are your highlights? The highlight from last week’s blog hop was Not Just a Mom – Day in the Life from Joanne (one of our co-hosts!)

And my features this week are:
Repurposing Vintage Books into Boxes because I am sifting through boxes of books that have been packed away for years!
Peanut Butter Cookies because we are a cookie-loving family!
DIY Draft Stopper for Doors or Windows because we now live in an older home and have discovered a draft here and there!
Now, here’s this week’s Encouraging Hearts & Home Blog Hop!

Join your Encouraging Hearts & Home Co-Hosts each week for encouragement and support for your heart & your home. We hope to provide a space that builds each other up and lends a helping hand along the way. With all the negativity in the world, let’s shine a positive light!
Use the form below to share your family-friendly posts this week, and please consider these nice things you can do:
- Follow and/or subscribe to your host’s blog.
- Visit a few other bloggers and show them your support. We all love getting comments, and who knows what inspiration you may find? Be sure to share the love–that’s what a blog hop is all about!
- Check out our Encouraging Hearts & Home Pinterest board where each host pins her 10 favorite posts each week.
- Join us every Thursday!
- If you are interested in co-hosting, contact Linda at Apron Strings & Other Things!

Thanks so much for hosting! I’m linking up with #14 THE OLD APPLE TREE and #15 BATHTUB OR SHOWER? LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE! I’d like to invite you to drop by and linkup at some of my parties.
What a great week!
Yummy, useful, and fun, keep up the great work!
Thanks, Charles 🙂 Have a fabulous day!
